Privacy Policy

The generator runs entirely in your browser: nothing you type — names, addresses, rent amounts — is transmitted or stored on any server. Close the tab and the draft is gone; print first.

What we do not collect

No names, addresses, rents, deposits or signatures. There are no accounts and no forms submitted anywhere. The 50-state rules pages are static reference content.

Third-party scripts

Standard anonymous analytics and advertising scripts may load; you can opt out of personalized ads via browser settings or industry tools (DAA WebChoices). The generator works fully with scripts blocked.

Policy changes will be described here in plain language before taking effect.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. The generator remembers your inputs only for as long as the tab is open, using the browser’s own memory — there is no lease history stored on any server, and closing the tab erases the draft. If analytics or advertising scripts load in your browser, their cookies are governed by that provider’s policy and can be blocked without affecting the generator.

Children

The site is intended for adults arranging a rental and does not knowingly collect any information from children — there is no account system and no form that stores personal data anywhere.

Security of the pages you read

The site is served over HTTPS from static pages; there is no database of user information to breach, because none is collected. The 50-state reference is version-controlled text reviewed before publishing, so content changes are auditable rather than silent.
